In the forty-eight installment of our bibliography, we present 262 articles from 216 different journals. Twenty-three journals provided multiple articles.
We want to call attention to special issue 11(2) of the Journal for the Study of Religious Experience, devoted to AI and religious experience. We included three articles from this issue: Dunne (2025), “AI and the Mysterious”; Patryas (2025), “Summoning an Angel: Exploring AI’s Role in Religion, Spirituality and Psycho-Spiritual Healing”; and Treasure (2025), “From Chatbots to Astral Intelligences: Virtual Thinking and the Emergence of AI Cosmologies.”
Furthermore, we want to draw attention to special issue 15(2) of the journal Approaching Religion, on “The Witching of Art History—How to Approach Women, Art and Esotericism.” We chose four articles from this issue: Denniston (2025), “The Seeker as Weaver: A Matrixial Approach to Feminist Futurity in the Artistic Praxis of Paulina Peavy”; Foot (2025), “Repicturing the Past: Jane Stewart Smith, Spiritualism and Psychical History”; Kokkinen (2025), “‘Get Yourself a Fire Body’: Intersections of Clairvoyance, Mediumship and Gender in Early-Twentieth-Century Art”; and Sugden (2025), “Embodying the Great Mother: Olga Fröbe’s Spiritual Authority at Eranos.”
We also want to draw attention to the special double issue 34(3&4) of the journal ReVision, dedicated to Stanley Krippner: https://revisionpublishing.org/. We included six articles from this issue: Cardeña (2025), “Stanley Krippner: The Liminal Psychologist”; Glenn & Jones (2025), “Altering Consciousness: A Tribute to Stanley Krippner”; Krippner (2025), “Parapsychology and Postmodern Psychology”; Krippner (2025), “How Healing Happens”; Krippner (2025), “Hypnotic-like Procedures used by Indigenous Healing Practitioners”; and Krippner (2025), “Anyone who Dreams Partakes in Shamanism.”
